Terapevtska joga

 

Namen: sprostitev, gibanje, moč, regeneracija.

Potek: jogijsko sproščanje, telesne vaje – asane, dihalne vaje – pranajama, meditacija.

Terapevtska joga je primerna za vse, ne glede na starost in fizično pripravljenost, tudi za popolne začetnike. Vadba terapevtske joge je učinkovita na vseh nivojih zdravja: fizičnem, energijskem, mentalnem, socialnem in duhovnem. Izvaja se v prijetnih prostorih z izkušenim učiteljem/-ico z mednarodnimi izkušnjami.

 

Therapeutic yoga

 

Purpose: relaxation, physical activity, building strength, regeneration.

Practical course yogic relaxation, physical exercises – asanas, breathing exercices – pranayama, meditation. Therapeutic yoga is appropriate for everybody, regardless of the person`s age or physical condition, also for complete beginners. Practising therapeutic yoga benefits all levels of health: physical, energetic, mental, social and spiritual. It is practiced in pleasant premises with the experienced yoga teacher with international experience.


Terapevtske dihalne vaje – pranajama

 

Namen: jogijske dihalne tehnike so globoko sproščujoče, intenzivno obnavljajo telo in prečiščujejo naš um, saj uravnovešajo desno in levo možgansko polovico. Izvajajo se sede na tleh, lahko tudi sede na stolu. Pranajama je najučinkovitejša, najbolj energijsko močna in prečiščujoča jogijska tehnika. Po njej smo osredotočeni in revitalizirani.

Potek: pranajama se izvaja po kratkem sproščanju in razgibavanju.

 

 

Therapeutic breathing exercises – pranayama

 

Purpose: yogic breathing exercises very deeply relax and intensively regenerate your body. They cleanse your mind through balancing the left and right brain hemisphere. We practise them sitting on the floor or in a chair. The pranayama is the most effective, the most energetically strong and cleansing yogic technique. After doing pranayama our mind is calm and we feel focused and revitalized.

Practical course: the pranayama is done after a short relaxation and a short set of physical exercises.


Terapevtska meditacija

 

Namen: celostna sprostitev in umiritev. Osredotočanje na lastno notranjost, razvijanje koncentracije in vizualizacije. Meditacija je izjemno darilo za vsakega človeka. Izvaja se do konca našega življenja in je sidro za notranjo umiritev, razumevanje sebe in razvijanje tolerantnosti do drugih.

Potek: meditacija se izvaja po kratkem razgibavanju.

Purpose: a holistic relaxation of your body and mind. While participants focus on their inner world they develop concentration and visualization. Meditation is a priceless gift for every human. We can practise it till the end of our life and it is for a cornerstone of inner peace, self-understanding and developing tolerance towards others.

Practical course: the meditation is done after a short set of physical exercises.


Čarobnost indijskih manter – nada joga

 

Namen: v jogi je zvok izrednega pomena, saj je prva stvar, ki se je pojavila v vesolju, zahodna znanost govori o poku. Jogijski zapisi navajajo: nada rupa parabrama – najprej je bil zvok. Biblija govori podobno – najprej je bila beseda, ki je tudi zvok. Nada joga je posebna oblika meditacije, pri kateri s pomočjo petja manter pozitivno vplivamo na vse nivoje našega bitja, na fizični nivo, energijski nivo, na naš um in intelekt.

Potek: nada jogo izvajamo sede, v položaju za meditacijo, po kratkem razgibavanju. Za petje manter ni potreben pevski talent ali posluh, intoniranje je enostavno. Nada joga umiri misli, uravnoteži čustva in energijsko čisti. Petje jogijskih manter je treba doživeti. Izkušnja nas spremlja še dolgo.

 

The magic of Indian mantras – nada yoga

 

Purpose: the sound in yoga is very important, since it has been the first thing that has appeared in the Universe. For example the Western science speaks about the Big Bang. Similar wording is also in the Bible – In the beginning was the Word, which is also a sound. The nada yoga is a special form of meditation, during which we positively influence all layers of our being (physical, energetic, mental, and intellectual) by chanting the mantras.

Practical course: we practise nada yoga sitting in the meditation posture, after a short set of physical exercises. For chanting the mantras we do not need a singing talent, this chanting is easy. The nada yoga calms down the thoughts, balances the emotions and energetically cleanses the body. The experience of chanting the mantras has a long-lasting effect.


Joga proti stresu

 

Namen: razgradnja stresa in revitalizacija celega telesa.

Joga proti stresu nudi celovito sprostitev in učinkovit način obvladovanja stresa zaradi sodobnega načina življenja. Z redno vadbo razvijete sposobnost sprostitve in revitalizacije s sklopom vaj, ki izvirajo iz tradicije joge. Vaje so primerne tudi za začetnike. Z vadbe pa bodo tudi zahtevnejši udeleženci odšli telesno razgibani in notranje osveženi. Na vadbah joge proti stresu vam bodo na preprost način pojasnjeni pravilno dihanje, pravilna telesna drža in načini samooopazovanja.

 

Yoga against stress

 

Purpose: stress relief, revitalization of the whole body.

Yoga against stress offers a holistic relaxation and an effective way of coping with stress of modern life. With regular practice you can develop a capacity to relax and revitalize the whole body with a set of yoga exercises. Exercises are appropriate for beginners. Even more demanding participants will feel that they improved their body flexibility and that they are innerly refreshed after this yoga practice. In yoga against stress classes, breathing in the correct manner, correct body posture and self-observation will be simply explained.


Jutranja joga

 

Namen: prebujanje, aktivacija, gibanje, polnjenje z energijo sončnega vzhoda – brahmmurte.

Po jutru se dan pozna, pravi ljudska modrost, ki ji boste z nasmehom pritrdili, ko boste jutra začenjali z jogo. To je po jogijski tradiciji najboljši čas za vadbo! V dan boste vstopili sveži, sproščeni in polni energije. Spraševali se boste, zakaj niste tega vedeli že prej? Udeležite se vadbe in se prepričajte sami!

Morning yoga

 

Purpose: awakening, energy activation, physical activity, filling up with the energy of sun rise – brahmmurta time.

A well-known proverb says that the morning shows how the day will be. When you will start your mornings with yoga, you will gladly agree to this. The traditional yoga view is that this is the best time to practice yoga. You will begin the day fresh, relaxed and full of energy. You might wonder, how was I not aware of this before? Come and try it by yourselves!
